Dave Sherman served as the Project Manager during the design phase of this project, and later served as the Project Executive during construction.  The project had a budget of $60,000,000 and was completed on time and within budget.  Ir utilized state of the art precast cells that allowed fabrication of the cell to be made offsite to speed construction time.

Dave Sherman served as the Owner’s Representative during design and construction.  The luxury Independent Living facility complements the owner’s Assisted Living facility and includes 144 upscale apartments, indoor pools, multiple dining rooms, theater and meeting rooms.
