Many Construction Project Managers do not offer Program Management services. They do not have the skillset required to manage large complex design teams.
Program Development – We help Owners develop their project program, including budget requirements, hard and soft costs, operational costs and expansion capabilities.
Development of Construction Team – Assist Owners in their selection of architects, engineers and contractors. Develop strategy for delivery systems for their projects. Review all delivery methods including Construction Management at Risk, Fixed Price (Lump Sum) and Fixed Fee.
Contract Production – Negotiate and produce agreements for all disciplines, including architects, engineers, contractors and other service providers.
Cost Containment – Manage the Owners’ requests for change, both Owner generated changes and Contractor generated changes. Compare CO requests to cost models and existing market prices including commodity prices and local prices.
Schedule Management – Develop and monitor schedules for the entire management team including the contractor and the design professionals.
Quality Control – Produce, distribute and monitor weekly project reports tracking quality produced against the baseline plans and specifications.
