this project, and later served as the Project Executive during construction.\u00a0 The project had a budget of $60,000,000 and was completed on time and within budget.\u00a0 Ir utilized state of the luxury Independent Living facility complements the owner&#8217;s Assisted Living facility and includes 144 upscale apartments, indoor pools, multiple dining rooms, theater and meeting
